We have a “black” sheriff that stands behind these officers outrageous behavior trying to normalize violence against black folks once again. His reason for being stopped… lights not on in the rain. You can clearly see there is no rain or darkness.

His response is so insulting! He instructs us to not draw conclusions of their guilt from this video while he draws the conclusion of their innocence—which one is it. Then he proceeds to blame the victim stating that he withheld this video when these four officers had body cameras on, so I’m pretty sure he was aware of their conduct.
